"The property was in an excellent location - close to the beach and places to eat. The property was communicative prior to our check in. The room and facilities were clean and nice. The only issue was the bathroom door leading into the main sitting area was very difficult to close properly, then when you did, very difficult to open again. Not a huge problem for our party, but could have been if it wasn't all women & mostly family. Great stay - I wish we could have stayed longer!"

Excellent location. Loved the sample pirt. Laundry is nearby and easy to eat while doing laundry. Trindade metro to airport is close so no need to worry abput transport. "

"Covelo-Original is exactly what a small guesthouse should be. Our stay was perfect. The Covelo is in the heart of old town and steps away from restaurants and just over the bridge is the religious centre. The room had everything needed (fridge, kettle, coffeemaker, all of which aren’t common in a POR room). The bed was incredibly comfortable and the building has been renovated and modernized yet maintains both original and quirky charm. Staff are amazing and they go the extra step providing...

"The thing that most impressed me is that Francisco reached out to me early on the day of check-in to ask for an estimated time of arrival. As a solo traveler, this made me feel comfortable that someone was expecting me. He gave me a tour of the facility and explained every detail. He provided recommendations for nearby restaurants/coffee shops which I visited and enjoyed. The location is very convenient to the seawall for strolls or sunset viewing."
