"The room was really nice"

"Rooms were basic but clean and with enough kitchen facilities to do simple self-catering. Just 10 minutes walk from the station and about 15 into the city. I had feared the worst after reading reviews about how noisy it was. Clearly this must have been due to the other guests staying at the time, as it was almost unnaturally quiet during my stay. I was also lucky to get a room overlooking a side street."

"Good hotel with everything that you need. Very useful kitchenette which comes with pots and pans, cutlery, chopping boards and everything you need. Great location in close proximity to Petite France and the rest of the town centre. Also within a short walk of the train station and a tram stop which takes you to Place d’Island. We found staff were polite and always on hand to help with queries. "

"Great location and friendly staff. Had a one-BR apartment which was nice with a modern feel. Kitchenette and bathroom were great and air conditioning worked incredibly well. Carpet in the hallway needs a good cleaning. Gym is nice (treadmill and stationary bike) but it needs weights. I had a room in the back (very quiet) but rooms in the front of building were noisy (trams running right in front). Overall, nice for longer stays (stayed 5) and would go back."

"This apartment-hotel was in a great location for Strasbourg, and very walkable to the old town area by the cathedral, and the river. The suites were spacious and clean, and the front desk employees were very helpful. It's a little tricky following GPS to get to the front door in a car, because the road signs will make you think you're not allowed to go a certain direction down the street, but after we figured that out, we were fine. The parking garage for the lodging is actually one block...

"Had a great stay. It’s in the perfect spot. I was in walking distance of the cathedral, petite France and literally 100’s of restaurants. Only complaint: not enough pillows and the ones they had were tiny. "

"Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience "

"Let’s be honest, you get what you pay for. This place was pretty basic, but for Strasbourg it was good value for money at just over £50 per night. Two single beds, one fits under the other to make a sort of double, a basic kitchen (two hot plates) and a fridge. We had a lovely view of the rubbish bins….the alternative was the other side which was a busy railway. It worked for us, two nights on a budget, but don’t expect luxury. "

"Our third visit -- we like the kitchen and laundry facilities, reasonable walking distance to city center and train station (although in winter we use a taxi from and to the station) Be aware of restricted check-in times and lack of 24-hour front desk. We were able to telephone to drop off our bags mid-day, but a later call went to voice mail. We felt the optional breakfast is not worth the extra charge when it is so simple to buy breakfast foods at the nearby Carrefour Express and prepare...

"This facility was located a bit away from towns, but since we had rented a car it worked well for us. We rented 3 rooms for 6 adults. It worked out perfectly for us. Parking was free and plenty of space. We would use this chain again. "
