"Great time in family. Options of activities are amazing for visitors from countries without Tropical Forest. We saw monkeys, sloths, butterflies, more than 15 different birds, ñeques, gato solo. Es un hotel para descansar, no para irse de fiesta pero no me agradó que el hotel estuviese lleno y la discoteca no estuviera abierta en pleno fin de semana. Luego que cae la noche, no hay muchas actividades para hacer y queda irse a dormir.

The hotel is a bit rundown. The staff is helpful when available. For ex, new year's eve there was no communication as to dinner options and our only option ended up being rm service. Very disappointing.
