"We enjoyed our stay at this house in German Village. The location is perfect - within walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and bars. The neighborhood was perfect for taking strolls. The house was cozy and pretty well appointed. The only problem was that the backyard wasn’t very usable with a rusted out BBQ and 50%of the chairs broken. That was disappointing. "

"Great place to call home while visiting family in the area. We love the German Village area and this home was very walkable to all our favorite spots. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing with upgraded appliances, William Sonoma dishes and pots and pans. Off street parking was included too! "

"The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Navigating the narrow neighborhood street at night was challenging as cars were parked on both sides so a narrow single car lane. There were also no street lights. Other than that there is off street parking on a shared driveway. No complaints about the house itself. Everything was in good working order."

"Overall property was nice - clean and convenient for walking down to OSU campus. Check in process was easy. While accurate that it sleeps 6, one of the spots was a trundle that was uncomfortable for an adult. Street where it was located was very narrow when cars parked on both sides of the street. "

"Stayed for a couple nights it was a great location, pizza place across the street and ice cream down the street. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Stairs are definitely steep but just be mindful. The parking is also very tight we had rented an Acadia and I wouldn’t have tried with anything larger. Check in was easy and no issues. We had a nice stay would stay again."

"We are 7 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years. We went to Stebbins HS in Dayton. Perfect home for us to stay and reconnect since we are scattered now in 3 states. We all had a bed, which was important, and with the 3.5 baths it was easy to share and get ready. Great weather so we took advantage of the deck. We had 5 deer visit as well as an albino squirrel. "My husband, cousin and I stayed here for the annual quarter horse congress at the fairgrounds. It is literally a 3 minute drive as long as you have a congress pass. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the blow up bed was fine and worked well for my cousin.id definitely stay here again!"
