"We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room has a loft, spacious, and very clean. Christmas market is just right at their doorstep, close to the castle and other famous attractions. Staff was so kind and helpful. Our room is on the 3rd floor, No elevator, something to consider if you have big luggages and traveling with elders. Breakfast was good. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...
