The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building with elevator, it has large and bright rooms and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The holiday home, equipped with air conditioning, is on the second floor and it has a balcony with two equipped areas ideal during dinner, with a beautiful view on the sea. The apartment conissts of a living room with view on the sea, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and a four-bed room with 2 single beds and bunk beds) and two bathrooms with shower.

A seafront apartment between Kennedy street and the seafront promenade of Gallipoli. It`s close to the amenities of the town but still allows the guests to enjoy a breathtaking view on the sea from the island Sant`Andrea to the beaches of Lido San Giovanni and Baia Verde, with their spectacular sunsets.

 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
