It was my Birthday yesterday and I had a breakfast cake and Happy Birthday sang to me then upon returning from our day out , I received a bottle of fizz and lovely displayed chocolates. "We only had one night in Florence, and this hotel was perfect for my family! We are a family of four with two teenagers and we were able to get a room with a large king and two twins. The room was plenty spacious and the bathroom was too. The shower was huge and the pressure was great. We all wish we could stay longer. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the front desk was super helpful with holding our bags and calling taxis, etc. We came by train, walked to the hotel and dropped our bags until our room was ready. They had a welcome bottle of wine for us which was a nice touch. Breakfast exceeded our expectations-we were expecting a typical European buffet, but there were eggs and bacon and lots of goodies for the kids. We loved our stay here! Grazie Mille! Made us feel us like VIP."

"The stay was Great. Located across the street from the train station. Was easy to find. Checking in was fast and courteous. They have a large sitting room up on the 2nd floor with a bar. I took advantage of that after walking around all day."
