"This is a generally excellent hotel. No more on that need be said. You won't be disappointed. Except that the breakfast tea is terrible. There is just one thing that we noticed on our last day. Breakfast is from 7am, our taxi was a 0730, a fairly typical departure time with either a flight or busy day scheduled. So, any hotel guest who is there right on 7am is likely to be on a short timescale. The hotel should recognise this, and the staff should be aware. It felt like nobody was really...

"The Fort Printers is a beautiful boutique hotel with professional staff who are lovely. The breakfast and dinner menu was outstanding with some of the best food we ate in Sri Lanka. Our room was very comfortable and a really good size. They also serve excellent cocktails, I had one of the best bloody Mary's ever 😋 "

"We loved our stay at Arabella. Loved the simplicity and size of the rooms. Kept very clean and tidy by the staff. Cute offering of bananas for supper in the room with the turn down service. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool area was on the small size but we had no problem using it when we wanted to. Kitchen and kitchen staff were A . "I loved this hotel so much. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and historic. The pool was amazing and the grounds were great. Above all of it was that the staff was so incredible. They were helpful and kind. I was traveling alone and the restaurant manager was completely helpful to me, giving me tips and also prepared a special seafood meal for me that was one of the best i have ever had. I will definitely come back here next time im in Sri Lanka! "
