"The place seems to have been updated, as it still has new carpet smell, but not overwhelmingly. I had one complaint about the water temp. It was barely over luke warm. Complained about it, and I was told it's the proper 115. Neither my friend now I was able to take a bath as water was too cool."

"We planned to visit the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel for Christmas. The location was excellent! Rooms were large and clean. The only complaint I had was no comfortable seating. The chairs were straight back and the couch was too small for a big guy like me. The most comfortable chair I found was on the balcony."

"The room layout was fabulous. The energy of Kayla at check in was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Unfortunately I have never stayed anywhere where I was constantly seeing insects of all kinds. Primarily in the shower area and the kitchen by the sink. My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the bug situation."

"Overall this was a great place. The check-in was simple and no contact. The location was perfect to walk anywhere of interest. Only issue was that starting at about 5:30am the garbage company likes to empty dumpsters for about a half hour and you can really hear it. Also, I know you are on vacation and the tv is the least of concern but for background noise and unwinding its great. Its not traditional tv, its all streaming and the network is really slow. Most things buffered if they even loaded...
