"The former wine cellar stay was very much like we wanted. Some rustiness but plenty modern with all the conviences. we cooked often and enjoyed eating on the patio. It is secluded and quiet - a good 20 minutes from the city, but we enjoyed it. Jean Micheal was great with instructions and communications even though he was on holiday in Italy. Would book again for sure."

"We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. The location is perfect for an easy drive to great restaurants, chateaus, grocery stores, etc. We had our 2 dogs with us, and there is loads of space for them to wander although it isn’t enclosed. "We had a lovely holiday here. Chris and Alix were very friendly and respectful hosts. The property is very well appointed with both a pool and a hot tub to enjoy. The bed in particular was great, excellent mattress! Kitchen is well stocked and the shower is superb. Would definitely return."

"Lovely rural Gite, perfect for time away from the crowds. Kind and helpful owners, great facilities with a lovely garden to enjoy time outdoors. Great swimming pool too. Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). Car is a must to make the most of time available at the gite....

"Le gîte Martin est spacieux et conforme au descriptif. L'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochables, La literie est très bonne et la vue sur les vignes magnifique! Les terrasses et surtout la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes très agreábles, discrets, mais présent lorsqu'on a besoin d'un conseil. La région est trés belle et il y a foule d'activités possibles."
