" 3 of us stayed over the past week. exceptional and attentive service. Brought over a birthday cake just after midnight for us too ! It was a delicious chocolate cake. _Room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds, a large bathroom, and views of the Cotai Strip and Taipa and the big ben. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a nespresso machine and kettle. Just wished there was green tea in the tea selection. Also wished there were 3 cups instead of only 2 each. The Conrad Macao offers an impressive range of facilities, including a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The pool has offered views of the surrounding area of Venetian and big ben. The Conrad Macao is located within walking distance to several major casinos, shopping malls, and entertainment venues. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport, as well as to various locations around Macau. "
