"The breakfast and rooftop bar are amazing. The view if Etna was spectacular for photos. The staff was excellent - Martina was a delight and so accommodating with her spirit. We loved the location too. "

"Second time staying at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed coming back. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but the location, with the views over Etna and the fantastic pool and beach area are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful too…. all good! "

"A nice resort hotel set on the beach. Our room was clean and tidy and although the bathroom was on the smaller side it was perfectly fine for the two of us. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff were all friendly"

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."

"I upgraded to one of the studios which was a new experience for me but I enjoyed the view, the privacy, and having access to a kitchenette where I could keep snacks and whatnot. Maybe because they were refurbishing, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a restaurant or bar on site to get a quick breakfast. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating."

"My wife and I just returned from a week-long stay at the Mazzaro sea Palace. We were captivated by everything about the resort, but most notably the superior quality of the staff. "Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

"Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "

"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good."

"It was very pleasnt stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle which was very helpuful to go into the town. The pools are very clen. Acess to seaside from the hotel was great idea which allows swimming or walking by the beach."
