"We stayed at the cabin and hunted the nearby public land. The cabin is in the country but a short drive to Nunda for groceries, gas etc. and in a great location for accessing various state forests/parks. The cabin itself is very nice, modern and well stocked with everything we needed including fun games and a fire pit. The dirt roads near the cabin are very quiet and nice for walks or runs. Peggy was great to communicate with, I would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. "

"I frequently return to this hotel due to my family residing in the area. Its convenient location provides easy access to the more rural areas of Western New York, as well as proximity to the highway for trips into the city. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I have had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the desk in my room has been comfortable for working when needed. Notably, during the Christmas of 2022, I was unexpectedly snowed in at the hotel. The staff handled the situation exceptionally well, implementing measures to ensure everything remained under control and finding creative ways to entertain the children. I always look forward to returning to this hotel during my visits to Western New York."
