"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also.
