"What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more. "

"The location is great and we have stayed last Thanksgiving. The bakery is two blocks down and the market is two blocks! All public transportation is a short walk and just over a mile to the palace. The area is safe and the school is just behind. It is quiet and safe. We loved it and hope to come again. The bathroom is huge! It has a claw foot tub and a walk in shower. We had a great time here."

The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent.
