Great location in terms of connecting transportation to the touristy places. Hotel was a bit old but nevertheless rooms were quite comfortable.

Nice clean hotel with nice rooms. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I felt very comfortable staying in the area. The center city is not too far off and neither is the airport. I enjoyed my stay at Rainers Hotel and would stay here again.

We got here super late but thankfully they have staff there late. The hotel is a little out dated and the tub tub was half my height and a death trap. But otherwise, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival, our reservation for a 3 party family was not ready. The manager, Ms. Betül Demir confidently and efficiently made the necessary changes and within 10 minutes we were checked-in. The entire staff were very welcoming and professional and Hotel Rainers are lucky to have them as part of the team. This location is an older venue and the rooms with the wood floors appears most renovated vs. the green carpeted floors. There is a grocery store within 8 min walk in a more residential neighborhood with few restaurants. Easy access to metro system. Did not have breakfast here or use exercise facility. Hotel suited our needs and budget minded stays.

The hotel was ok, but the staff doesn’t have comunication each other. I was with in three bedroom room and they gave me a couch with a blanket instead a bed. I spoke with different person about it and until next day nobody did nothing. I was in a tour and I added 2 day more to stay . I went to the reception to check in and out and they said you can stay at the same room, but when I came back they put my luggage in another place. I was frustrated.

"Wunderbarer Aufenthalt – Einfach empfehlenswert!" Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Als wir unsere Wertsachen versehentlich im Safe vergessen haben, kümmerte sich das Team sofort darum und gab uns die Gegenstände sicher und schnell zurück – ein toller Service! Das Zimmer war komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet, und die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. ORLANDO

El hotel requiere modernización. Todavía utiliza tapetes en el piso a cambio de madera laminada que lo haría más moderno y confortable. El aseo de baja calidad: en un día solo tendieron la cama, pero olvidaron lavar los pocillos del café y tampoco dejaron café. La ubicación aunque es buena, dadas las obras de construcción que se tienen en este momento en Viena, el transporte ha sufrido modificaciones y por tanto no es fácil salir de allí , hasta que se conocen las rutas.

Şehre geç girdiğimiz için konaklamak zorunda kaldık.Çalışanlar nezaketsiz.bulunduğumuz oda küçük ama temizdi. Özellikle restoranda Aslan adında ki çalışan çok kaba ve anlayışızdı.zorunda kalmadıkça tavsiye etmem.Ama Tük mahallesini tercih edecekseniz konumu iyi ama şehre uzak.
