"Our experience was excellent from start till end! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They seemed to enjoy being there and brought a good vibe to the place. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and spacious even for the standard rooms. Wellness and dining spaces were also stunning and with perfect views of the Matterhorn. This was definitely one of the best stays of our lives. We hope to be back again!! "

"The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere. "

"Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! "
