This is a perfectly nice and clean hotel, particularly for Botswana at this price. Staff were friendly and helpful on the whole, with the only issue of sorts being that I was caught between some billing issue between Hotels.com/Expedia and them. The hotel honored the price ultimately but made sure I heard about it some and it created some stress along the way. Main drawback about this hotel is the location. It is quite removed from everything and not really much closer to the airport than some of the city hotels, despite how it might appear on a map. Other smaller concerns were that my door stopped locking during my stay, the hotel was unable to take credit cards (some temporary issue with their machine or connectivity), and the wireless service did not work well in the room. That said, these were relatively minor concerns about a hotel that on the whole is well-maintained, has modern facilities, and whose staff want the guest;s experience to be a positive one.
