"While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay. The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired. The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather. The Perfect Sorrento Vacation

"The staff at the hotel is outstanding! Hotel is immaculate and the outdoor areas are especially inviting. Room comfortable and spacious and very quiet. We tried to book extra nights, but property was closing for the off-season. We’d love to come back!"
