"Adorable I bedroom detached house was everything advertised. Less than a mile from downtown Sebastopol And 20 to 30 min from Bodega bay, Russian River, wineries all around …the place has everything you need and very cozy and quiet "

"The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location."

"We had an outstanding time staying in St Helena am most importantly in this beautiful villa at the Inn of St Helena. Totally private and serene. This was a perfect place to stay to kick off my birthday trip. I hope we can come back. "

"Great house in all the important ways but a few annoying glitches. The instruction book had 8 pages on the rules of bocce ball and zero on how to use the TV (which we never figured out how to use) or how to use the coffee machine (also never figured that out). Basketball hoop was a big plus for my son-in-law but all the basketballs were flat and we were told to find the pump (which we never found). Nice to have a peloton bike but it wasn’t connected to the internet. Little annoying stuff like...

"We loved staying at this charming B&B type inn. They do have a full bar and an outstanding bartender. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent. Be aware that it's kind of like a great old house, so you might be able to hear your neighbors. "

"The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH"

"Boho chic decor, well equipped kitchen, oh-so-comfy beds! We had a great stay at this hidden gem - got out to the ocean and redwoods, then snuggled down by the fireplace and relaxed much of the time! Kerri was easy to communicate with, check in and out was super easy. We’d love to visit again and highly recommend!"

"Felicity's home was the perfect place for our retreat. The common spaces were spacious allowing eight of us to easily come together in the comfortable abundant seating in the main living space and around the dining table. The four bedrooms all contained comfortable warm bedding and mattresses with an extra private room for one of us.
