"The room looked brand new. Super comfortable beds. Bathroom was a nice size and plenty of towels were provided. Great location to several fun attractions.My only complaint would be the lack of handicap accessible parking with sidewalk slopes. "

"While we resided only for one night, we enjoyed this carriage house immensely! The bikes added alot more fun to see the area without needing to get into the car. Conveniently located to resturants and shopping. The bikes were an added amenity that allowed us to venture to a little park overlooking the bay that had the perfect spot to catch the sunset! Thank you!"

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"Property was clean and comfortable and very well located for my needs. Complete amenities package perfect for a family or friends traveling together. Veo bikes and scooters were always availble within 2 -3 blocks for easy transpotation and a 5-10 minute ride to center of town, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Saturday Farmers Market, Pastry Art, Cest la Vie, Palm St Deli, Harbor, etc."

"It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!"

"I booked what I thought was a hotel room with free breakfast but was told booked a condo and had to pay 10 if I wanted breakfast. Turns out a condo is a hotel room with 2 beds and a frig and microwave in the bathroom. If you needed extra soap, TP, Kleenex or fresh towels or your room cleaned there was a charge really!!! only saving grace was the bar located behind the property. The location was good and the pool nice. As fir customer service poor as i waited and waited and waited to ask...

"Overall, my stay was amazing! I loved having access to a full kitchen and staying in a very central location. Pool was very nice, beds are comfortable. A few things I wish I had known ahead of time : valet is $35, but there is free parking everywhere around for 2 hours 8AM-11PM, however they chalk the tires so as long as there isn't chalk, you can leave the car where it is.
