"Everything was excellent. The only thing I thought inconvenient is their laundry: only two washers, two dryers, and shuts off at 11PM. But it's free (as well as soap), so I can't complain too much. Would stay again."

"The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands."

"This hotel is easily reachable by bus from Hiroshima station. Less than a 15 minute ride. The hotel itself seemed a little worn and is showing age. Carpets are threadbare, halls are dark. The room was small but clean. It contained a full bathroom, TV, and mini-fridge. Guests should be aware that you must pickup towels on the ground floor before going to your room. "I spent only two nights in Hiroshima and I wish I could stay longer, it’s a wonderful city and a real highlight of my tour across Japan. Most incredible and relaxing stay

"We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Prince Hiroshima! From the moment we arrived, the shuttle service made everything seamless and convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were immediately impressed by how clean and beautiful the hotel was. Our room offered lovely views of the water—truly a peaceful and scenic escape. One of the biggest highlights was the phenomenal ferry service directly from the hotel to nearby islands, including Miyajima. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and memorable. The top floor was the cherry on top—breakfast in the morning was delicious and relaxing, and in the evening we enjoyed drinks while taking in the panoramic views. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and scenic stay in Hiroshima!"
