何よりも部屋がお洒落で清潔でした。アメニティも充実しており、外にも持ち運べるポケットWi-Fiがあったりと、設備も十分でした。予定のチェックインよりも早く部屋に入ることができたりと、スタッフさんの対応に助かりました。

매달 이용합니다
매달 후쿠오카를 오면서 숙소는 항상 이곳만 이용합니다. 위치, 시설, 청결상태등 가격대비해서 이만한곳이 없네요. 직원분들이 모두 영어를 잘해서 의사소통도 문제가 없고, 최근엔 한국인 직원분도 계시더라구요. 매우 만족합니다.

清潔感があり、子どもも楽しんでいたので満足です。ただ受付の場所が分かりづらいため、HPをもう少し改善された方が良いと思います。あとビル改装直後のため看板が付いていなかったので焦りました。

「コスパ」を越えて快適なすごいホテル
価格からは考えられないほど清潔で行き届いているサービスと設備でした。 フロアおよび入室時で２回ある電子ロックを解除するピロピロ音が小さくなく、他の利用者の分もあわせると回数が多いので若干気になりましたが、防犯面で役に立っているとも言えますねし、特に支障はありませんでした。 心配していた他室の音はまったく聞こえず快適でした。ただ他のフロアでは騒いでる音が廊下ままで聞こえたので、利用者次第なのかもしれませんが。 スタッフさんがどなたもホスピタリティー溢れる方々で、へたなビジネスホテルよりも気持ちよくご対応いただけました。 ベッドの脇にUSB2ポート付きのコンセント、部屋のポケットWi-Fiは持ち出し可とモバイル周りも充実しています。ただWi-Fiは回線速度がかなり遅かったり繋がらないことがあり、不便を感じるタイミングが多々ありました。仕事やアプリでまとまった通信が必要な方には向いていません。webを見るにも少しイライラする程度は待たされます。まったく使えないというわけではないです。 一歳の子連れでしたが、ロフトに自分で登って、ロフトの外枠も子供がすり抜ける間隔なので、幼児連れのかたは選べるならロフトのないお部屋を選択される方が安心かと思います（自分は空室がなくやむをえませんでした） しかし、繰り返しになりますが価格を考えるとここまでの不満点は高望みでしかなく、本当ににすばらしいホテルとしか言いようがありません。とても快適でした。
