非常好！
位置非常好，往東南走5分鐘就可以到中州川端往返機場與市內景點；同方向多走一會兒就是櫛田神社等古蹟群。往西走8分鐘即可由連通道進入天神地下街，是極佳的雨天備案。中州相對交通不壅塞，若自駕的避開上下班車潮也並非不可行。 房間中規中矩，視野不錯！

建物は古いと思われますが改装してあり清潔感もあって綺麗です 無論個室内も水回りなどの設備の綺麗で使いやすいです スタッフの方の対応も親切で良かったです ホテルに駐車場はありませんが近くに大きな地下駐車場があるため不便はありません この立地でのコスパはこの界隈でホテルをお探しの方にきっと選択肢にいれていただけるホテルだと思います

歓楽街から少し離れた(中洲の北端)なので静かでした。 駅も歓楽街も徒歩数分、屋台やトヨタレンタカーは2分、立地も良く価格も安く部屋も綺麗!、また福岡に行く時はリピートしたいと思います。

閑静ですが徒歩圏内で出歩きやすく便利でした。 部屋も必要な物はちゃんとありシンプル。アメニティもパウチタイプを必要分だけ持っていけ、トロっとした化粧水が中でも良かった。フロントの方は年配の方が多かったが、食事処のおすすめを聞いたら親切に説明してくれ、好印象でした。すぐ近くの屋台で、おばあちゃんが1人でやってる海鮮炙りや天ぷら等のお店がとても楽しく良かったです‼︎
