Extremely convenient location to public transport and is walkable to many and diverse types of dining options. Room is not big but comfortable, with a small bathtub. Eco-friendly with various cleaning options available for the room. Good amenities. Only issue was the pillow choices - could not find one that was comfortable, so overall sleep quality was not fantastic. My husband didn't have an issue though, so probably a subjective experience in this regard.

The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. The hotel is very near the Hakata station. Many restaurants and shopping centers are nearby. I will come back for next time visit.

When I opened the curtains of the only window in the room, all I can see is a dark wall of the closely erected adjacent building. The view is totally blocked. Essentially it is the same as if the room has no window

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the facility, the area are all excellent. Many different dinning options, a minute walk to the train station and plenty of taxis. Staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. Also assisted with booking a resevation for a long distance transportation and even assisted with luggage. Extrmelly happy. Will be back in two weeks.
