Great location, nice staff who tried their best to help with limited Eng. Within 5 mins walk, there are many restaurant, shopping areas and transportation. Room was clean. Some construction works nearby created some noise at late night which was not in hotel control.

Typical Japanese hotel with small but functional rooms. Very clean and modern. Front desk very helpful when needed. Five-minute walk from Hakata train station, with direct connections to the main cities in Japan.

There was a minor hiccup in that the room wasn’t ready by the time we came, but they asked us to come back in 30mins before we could check in (it was beyond check in time). Other than that, amazing facility, loved the space, so clean and convenient to Hakata station.

The location is so convenient that travelers from airports can arrive by bus. The hotel room is very tidy and clean. I can open up my luggage (26inch). I really appreciate that there is a fridge with freezer in the room so i can buy ice cream without any hesitation. Nearby the hotels is the area mixed with various shopping centers, eateries and convenient stores. It is no need to worry about breakfasts as there are many coffee shops around the hotel (as breakfast is not included).

昨年のリニューアルで、浴室など新しくきれいでした。 残念だったのは、15時頃にチェックインして入室後すぐに廊下で内容がわかるほどの話し声が。「部屋の外では話さないで欲しいなと思ってました。翌朝はゆっくり寝ていたかったのに、8時頃 また話し声。ドアスコープから覗くと、向かいのドアは、スタッフさんの出入りするドアで、昨日からの話声はスタッフさん達が出入りする時に話している声でした。 それ以外は宿泊客の声も、嫌な物音もなく静かでした。 それと、マグカップを乗せている白いトレーが 老眼の目にもとまるほどの埃（なぜか黒っぽいから目につきやすい）。冷蔵庫の上も埃。残念でした。
