"Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

"A typical Spanish property, furnished in vintage Spanish style. The property had everything we needed, the terraces back and front are charming. We put the barbecue to good use. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. The house is very well presented, very clean throughout. We are going to book for next year. "The villa is on the edge of La Manga Club, however it is in easy walking distance to most restaurants, tennis etc. The villa shows its age with some tired features, however for our family it was ideal. Francisco was always contactable and very helpful. La Manga is probably still recovering from Covid and central features like Oasis and minigolf are closed, however I am sure they will bring it all back with time. "Very helpful owners , allowed us to change date s when plans changed and easy communication by what’s app to get keys . House is very nice but major let down was lack of air con which , to my fault , I had just assumed it had when booking . Out of season I’m sure the ceiling fans would suffice but in mid 30s temperature it was a sweat box . Such a shame as the rest of the property is great ."
