"A typical Spanish property, furnished in vintage Spanish style. The property had everything we needed, the terraces back and front are charming. We put the barbecue to good use. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. The house is very well presented, very clean throughout. We are going to book for next year. Location excellent, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Thank you Anna."

"The rental process was fairly straightforward the paperwork a bit long winded but overall Ok. the price was good but you got what you paid for. The property needs a little time and money spent on it the furnishings weren't good. the odd bolt needed tightening and the odd screw needed doing up. The cutlery and crockery needed upgrading. The pool was a decent size but needed cleaning every day, which I was happy to do but the cleaning net was too short and full of holes. Had broken window locks...

"This is our 2nd stay at Villa Olive & we can’t fault it. Fabulous outside area, lovely pool & the villa has all the things you need for a wonderful break, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and a perfectly sized fridge. It’s a quiet area, easy to get to from Murcia Int & the supermarket is a short drive away.
