"Great hotel with a metro station just outside, we felt safe and walked back every evening. The room was bright, clean and a perfect size. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Loved Madrid and would definitely stay again or at another Acta hotel!"

"The room was comfortable but check in was via machine, the property has no bar or restaurant and there is nothing in the immediate area. If you have a car and are looking for self catering accomodation this would be a great job. If not then it will likely disappoint."

"Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!"
