"Beautiful family resort. WIFI not effective /working in the rooms at the back but thats a minor oversight but would be helpful to have an information leaflet at reception to advise client's about services provided etc laundry, no phones in room but extn is xxx, towels for pools, expectations for the use of the beach... small admin info otherwise will be recommending this resort to friends and family...also can you consider a ramp to the pool please... lots of access but all are stairs... just...

"This is a beautiful little hotel which is nice and close the the Piula Cave Pool - walking distance. However, their communication was not great prior to arrival. As a result, organising an airport transfer to the hotel proved stressful. "

"We stayed in Fale Lina, one of the over the water fales. Surrounded by crystal clear aqua-blue water we spent hours on our large patio watching ocean ripples for sea turtles. (Which we saw often!) Each morning I’d grab my mask and fins and snorkel out to the nearby reef for a closer look at the abundance of sea life. "A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"The hotel was great for us overall, though it could use a bit of a refresh as it’s starting to feel a little dated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the swimming pool, conveniently located right outside our villa, was a highlight of our stay. This hotel was truly amazing when it first opened, and we would love to see it restored with some updates to bring it back to its full potential."

"We had a beautiful stay and Tim and Maria’s home. They were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The grounds were immaculately kept by gardener Ioane. Great big space for families. Clean and tidy and kept nice and cool with fans in every room. Well equipped kitchen, great washing machine and restful living areas. Hosts were wonderfully polite and easy to communicate with. Poor cellphone reception if you don’t plan on driving to town daily. Wifi available but not always reliable....

My work colleague was a person with a disability and the home was very accessible for her. The hostess went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay.
