"Haus und Umgebung waren gut , entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Auch der Service von Novasol war ok. Ein Problem gab es mit dem Fernsehen. Dabei konnte auch Novasol scheinbar nicht helfen, Fernsehprogramm (deutsch) lief nur über Apple App, die notwendige Pin dazu konnten wir nicht bekommen. Da waren die Enkelkinder etwas enttäuscht. Ansonsten schönes Haus gut ausgestattet schöne Ferien. Peter Lümen"

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Schlüssel konnte man sich einfach aus einem Schlüsselsafe nehmen und dadurch war unsere Ankunft sehr entspannt, da man keine Rücksicht auf Zeiten nehmen musste. Sauberkeit war hervorragend! Kein Stau Korn zu finden, nicht mal auf den Fußleisten.Leider wird man erst nach der Buchung darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der Strom extra bezahlt werden muss. Auf die eingeschränkte Nutzung für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen (Zugang zum Obergeschoss) sollte hingewiesen werden."

"Erster Eindruck war gut. Beim Betten beziehen festgestellt das Bonbons und Lakritz unter der Matratze lag. Ein Zimmer roch sehr streng. In der Hotline von Novasol wurde uns gesagt dass das kein Notfall ist und am Wochenende nichts gemacht werden kann. Der Hausmeister schaute ab Montag jeden Tag mal nach der Regenrinne der Drainage usw. fand allerdings nicht warum es in dem einen Raum streng roch. Der Rest der Wohnung war halbwegs sauber. "Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit passt auch. Dennoch ein paar Kleinigleiten die nicht so schön waren. Mehrere defekte Lampen, eine Stereoanlage die nicht funktionierte und leider keine Info das Feuerholz nicht vort Ort sein wird."

"Wir waren 10 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und Hund da. Nachtwanderung, Grillen, Stockbrot am Feuerkorb, im Garten toben, Kinder auch mal kurz allein losziehen lassen. Es war schön. Auch Ausflüge für Eltern und Kinder sind von hier aus gut zu machen. Tatsächlich viele Spinnen im Haus, aber das ist wohl mitten in der Natur und bei einem so alten Haus kaum zu vermeiden. Vielleicht wären Fliegengitter eine Option? Wir haben uns jedenfalls alle wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
