"I booked this for 3 nights, location was great, Marcia was amazing. Most of the staff minus one girl was so nice and helpful. Quiet, pool was good, its shaped weird and i scraped my elbow lol. Food was good, better drink selection than some of the other hotels. View is great, across from a public beach, so you didnt have to pay to access it. Starbucks, burger king, KFC, Juixy patties, ice cream, casino, margarita ville, night clubs, all within walking distance. "

"I have to say this was my 1st time staying at a Resort in Jamaica. I usually would stay at my Grandmothers home but after visiting Jamaica as a child since 1981 wanted a true tourism experience and The Hotel Grand A View was the perfect place to stay. From the luxury marble floors, the dolphin pool and the amazing view which is on top of the deck. The complimentary breakfast was above par and I can’t wait to come back with my family. "This place is a Gem. We stayed in the Venus Suite, which is a large apartment with ocean view balcony. The place is awesome, the water is warm and clear. Best part is that Jamaica has some of the best drinking water, right on tap, and there's always a pot of coffee going on so you get water/coffee all day, included. The staff is very nice and attentive. A must try! "

"First all inclusive experience with my partner and went super well! Food was good, many restaurant options and great room service. Only thing about the resort was even if your villa is located in the signature level you don’t have access, there was a bar and pool right across from our walkout but weren’t allowed because of bracelets, wish it was labelled better but overall nice experience!"

"We had a wonderful experience at Travellers. The staff are kind and genuine. Beautiful beach, clean facilities, and we loved the small size. It was more intimate and we got to make more connections, as well as explore Negril. The resort is Jamaican-owned and family-owned, and they operate the NEET, an organization that helps educate kids and care for the environment. It’s nice to know your travel dollars are going to a good cause."

"Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT. We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!"

"I have just returned from my second stay at Negril Beach Club! This truly feels like you're home away from home! The staff are great and very attentive! The rooms are always clean and very spacious. I always have a lovely balcony with a view. The property location is excellent. You are able to walk to many places in neither direction. I do feel that the common areas could use some love and the office should be more visible, but other than that its a great hotel and I will definitely return soon!"

"Charming, locally owned property, across the street from the beach. We stayed in the villa; 2 adjoining bedrooms (and their own bathrooms), an eat-in kitchen and small sitting area. The accommodations were very clean and the beds, comfortable. There were some hiccups- they'd forgotten to turn on the water supply (quickly rectified), and one of the bathtubs leaked during showers. "Pros: Close proximity to the airport Beach access Great food Nice amenities-esp pools Drinks were good-shakes too Room was vey spacious Beds were really comfortable Felt safe in the resort Hotel decor -good taste Never felt crowded Cons: The room was always so damp and the first couple days were pretty unpleasant with the mildew/mold smell. When we brought that up to their attention , Trishna very quickly tried to resolve the issue which made it so much better! (Replacing the AC’s filter) Some staff members were borderline rude. Especially the restaurant servers and some bartenders at the pool bar. We felt uncomfortable at times because they seemed so unhappy working there. I don’t remember seeing anyone even smiling once, except for a few that I can name-Rashay(spell?), Andre, Tony, the bartender at the lobby bar, the older gentleman working at the reception area, and my room attendant. This place is indeed a paradise for the visitors but probably not so for those who live & work there. "

"I would say it was amazing. The service was great. It's a little slower than what we're used to in the United States, but all the same pretty good. Check-in Ms. Kassandra and Ms. Claudia truly amazing. They need a raise. The food was great compared to anywhere else at any other resort that we've eaten at in jamaica. There are no elevators but there are a bunch of rooms on the ground floor and 2nd floor. Hotel was very boutique-y and vintage, but in a good way. I will definitely come back. Planning on bringing the kids next spring break. The beach and the accessibility to shops and attractions were great. Everything within walking distance. Most of the locals are helpful, but you still have to be mindful of scams with taxis and watch out for female drivers. They seem to be the ones. That I use to run the most scams. The older ladies help us around the city, it gives a real community sense of community. We bought local with the local vendors first before going to any commercial businesses. And they were great felt safe for the most part, but I am a New Yorker, so it is about the same environment/ culture. Vendors were pushy, but polite, so a simple no, thank you and continuing to walk on by works well. Tips are not necessary, but are appreciated.One u s dollar goes a long way."
