"This is one of my go-to hotels for business in Oslo as it is super close to the central station but still offers a very comfortable and luxurious experience. Staff is always helpful and friendly and the rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. The gym is in two rooms and is well-equipped. The spa is also lovely to enjoy after a busy day. The rooftop restaurant has great staff and great food too, and the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best ones (at least in the nordics). "

"Lovely staff who went over and above to help. We turned up on a busy Saturday night for dinner and the lady at the front desk ran after us after a spot for four opened up suddenly, very kind. We were on floor 5 and could hear quite loud, clear music until the early hours though."

"The property was near the theatre district, it was well presented and we were in a refurbished room. Staff were friendly and pleasant, but the breakfast staff were exceptional, can you pass on my thanks to these people. "

"Very helpful front desk staff, who offered local knowledge of places to see and where to eat. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location for local transport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I was on business trip so only stayed one-night, but i did have an external meeting online call which crossed over with check-out and the lady at the front -desk was accommodating to suggest I use the Tv Suite as its quiet and i can work from there until I need to leave. Very thoughtful and accommodating!!"

"There is nobody to help your check-in upon your arrival. I found some guests having problems of getting in the main entrance. I suggest that more clear instructions should be given. Other than this, I am 100% satisfied with my stay in terms of the location, access to public transport, room space, cleanliness and comfort "

"Excellent hotel near the centre of Oslo. It’s in a quiet area but is walking distance to the centre and has public transport links via the nearby tram stop. The hotel itself is quiet and cozy with great amenities. Both breakfast and dinner were great with a good selection - dinner was more than a ‘light meal’ so ate there every night!"
