"The hotel is clean comfortable, and nice. It’s in a good location and close to a tram stop. The only thing that isn’t excellent is that the WiFi is painful slow less than 3 mbps in the room. "

"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. "Stayed in the junior suite and had breakfast included. Great spacious room. Buffet breakfast had it all including omelette and fried egg options. My only complaint was the trams run all night and are loud. Sometimes difficult sleeping."

"I've stayed at Hyperion in both my visits to Basel, Switzerland and I'll definitely stay here in the future. It's in a well connected neighborhood in terms of public transportation, dining options both inside and outside the hotel. They store your luggage for any number of days and that's a huge benefit. All in all a fantastic experience. "

"Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
