"quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere "

"A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay."

"Annual girls trip; expectation of relaxation and fun. Upon arrival the Lodge was clean, new carpets, clean walls, new kitchen and well appointed/decorated throughout- looks can be deceiving. Preliminary walk around and checks found there was no fire alarms, fire blanket and no Welcome pack or inventory list of what to expect or where to go for emergency planning. Locks to back door broken- no keys to the other back and side door. Mouse trap and fresh droppings under the sink. No PAT testing of...

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"A great little cottage, with a fantastic hot tub. Everything you need in the cottage. For us it would benefit from a separate freezer and a washing. "

"We loved the outside. The manager allowed us to have a paddling pool on the grass which our granddaughter loved and had so much fun with all the space in the garden and house. The males in the family lived the table tennis and badminton. House very well equipped."

"This was the most comfortable, cleanest, well equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend to anyone, i think the owners have catered for everyones needs, i really can't praise it enough."

"Pleasantly surprised. Windows when opened, lots of flies and spiders. Gave us a scare 😱. Lots of crockery cutlery, thank you."

"Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa."

"Well equipped, spacious bungalow with delightful views across the Lincolnshire countryside. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit.
