"Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Large TV screen, good hot drink facilities plus small fridge. The water was very hot. Only issue was that the water in the shower was too hot to stand under and we couldn't turn it down. Good value for money, would stay again."

"Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel."
