"A very welcomed arrival, receptionist was lovely and pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more, the rooms were perfect, we were given a free upgrade to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely unexpected extra and very welcomed. The spa was great, and the food in the restaurant was well above average, all expectations were truly exceeded. Would definitely recommend! "

"Lovely hotel. Very lucky with the weather and the terrace is a perfect spot! Only downsides: on arrival there was used tissue on floor of bedroom, no conditioner in the shower and a little noisy (maybe room positioning) Staff were attentive and very friendly "

"This hotel is one we've been to 3 times now. I have a bit of a mixed review. The room was lovely, clean, good quality towels/bedding and very comfortable. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this. She is a real gem, very helpful and friendly, supplying us with anything we needed for the room: tea, coffee, buscuits. Then the lady who maintains the rooms came soon after with a...
