"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London....

"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was amazing, and the dining room has views of the River Thames. The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"This is a big hotel a bit too big we were on the first floor but it was a hike across a bridge to reach the room not good if you are in a hurry but the breakfast was excellent and well handled the rooms are comfortable and quiet "

It is so close to the washing basin that is difficult to walk into the shower, though neither my husband nor I are overweight. Besides that, our stay was great. "
