The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience. "The room was a very small single with bathroom en suite. It was in a clean condition with Wifi, tea/coffee, hairdryer and safe were provided as well as a range of bathroom items. The bed was comfortable yet small. As regards value for money in that location close to Victoria Station, I had no complaints. Staff were helpful and a pretty basic breakfast was available for a modest price. I had difficulty operating the heating/AC system with both a wall AC unit and radiator with separate controls,...

"The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift. "

"We wanted somewhere to stay that was not far from the airport as we had an early flight next morning. And was only 30min tube ride to the West End. Hotel was just opposite Northfields tube station so ideal and convenient for what we wanted to do. Only down side was the station has no escalators/lift, but only has one set of stairs to platform. All staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant looked nice but we did not sample the menu as we had a booking in the West End."
