The staff was excellent, and though I didnt speak a great deal of German, and they didnt speak a great deal of english, they were very friendly, and even one very nice lady in the mornings was able to teach me some.German. "This may have easily been our favorite stay of our entire European Christmas Market trip. Felt more like home or a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Guesthouse is very appropriate. Walking distance to just about everything and when it wasn't there was great public transportation or Uber. Breakfast was amazing and they even had a honor system for cold drinks. "I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."
