As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

"Old and outdated hotel with no bar or restaurant. The room has old and uncomfortable furniture, car parking spaces are limited and although there is a large public car park close by that can also be busy as it serves a large events venue and charges a fee from 7am. The location is ok, although there is not much close by. Breakfast is good with good variety and decent selection of choices."
