"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "Madison du Coteau could not have been more accommodating for our family. Our unit was roomy, well appointed, and clean, and even included a fully equipped kitchen. "The host were very helpful and beyond kind, just amazing genuine people! Property is convenient for visiting Chantilly and Senlis as it is located in a quiet village right in the middle. Breakfast is simple, good for short stay but pretty much the same every morning so could get boring. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new. "Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "
