"The condo was perfect! I would definitely stay there again, however the property needs some tlc. The gym smelled of mold and the equipment was dusty. The outside area overlooking the balcony had quite a few broken lounge chairs and hammock pile up under a tree. It was not a pleasant sight. Everything else was great. No complaints about the room. It was a bit quiet but it didn't bother me at all. "

"It was a very refreshing time at the apartment. Jens was a great host and quite thoughtful. There was water provisions for a token, which was so helpful especially if you don't have a car to move around. The house was very well lit and ventilated with lot of windows. The air-conditioning also very effective when needed. My kids and I loved every bit of our stay and we would most definitely coming back."

"We stayed at Villa for one month during the Covid Pandemic. we were supposed to be there longer but our government forced our return home with astronomical fins. that being said. our time at the Villa Martinique was amazing the best beach of the Island is 500meters away. Lucaya market is 1.5 km walk away, for groceries 3k, walkable in less than half an hour. The Test clinic for COVID19 is also 2.8k away. In other words, The location was great and the apartment was clean with a great balcony...
