"The rental property is old, but most of interior has been renovated with new materials. Enough to be comfortable to stay. The fridge, microwave, furnitures are stillnew condition and no problem at all, but the stove/oven was a little bit need to be clean. We had a water heater mulfunction issue during our stay but the realtor took care of it immidiately, and gave us generous offer for the inconvinience. Little details overlooked like dust clumps and peeling plaster/paint on ceilings, couch pillows were in tough shape-looked like should be replaced.
