The hotel decor and facilities surpassed expectations. We had an amazing few nights sleep, the room felt very premium and the bathroom was incredible! Overall, we felt the hotel was worth far more than what we paid and can’t wait to return!"

"What a lovely place. We throughly enjoyed our stay - ideal location for getting the tram to a number of favourite vineyards. Everywhere in town is walking distance - perfect for leaving your car and enjoy the wines. An extra mention of praise is the staff, my fiancée left her glasses behind and they made the effort to return them safely by post."

"This hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the wine region. The hotel is a short drive from Franschhoek with the hotel providing an excellent shuttle bus service. The staff could not be any more friendly or obliging if they tried and we really felt at home here. The only gripe is that the pool beds are not that comfortable but otherwise this a hotel I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again."

"Wow, where do I begin? This stunning, intimate property in the heart of Franschhoek is absolutely perfect for couples! The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. The food and beverage, on point. Although we had some noisy neighbors on our first night (not the hotel’s fault, so no complaints there), we slept wonderfully. The pillows are heavenly, the slippers luxuriously soft, and the attention to detail in celebrating special occasions is truly exceptional. "Spacious and very comfortable rooms in a delightful property. Excellent staff, if a little too formal / deferential at times. Only thing I can score it down for is attention to detail on housekeeping -teapot and cup not cleaned away one day. Stairs and hall carpet needs a vacuum. Would recommend especially for the tranquility. "
