"I have allergies & asthma. I knew after 15 minutes on site that I couldn’t sleep there. There were candles burning in the foyer, multiple bowls of potpourri, and multiple cats coming and going from outdoors—upstairs and downstairs. I’m very allergic to cats. Had I known these things prior to booking, I never ever would have booked—much less for 2 nights. They did extinguish the candles, but my throat was already thickening. My daughter returned inside and retrieved our luggage. We didn’t ask for...

"Very welcoming. Stacey & Jason have done a great job updating and so much of the home feels new - wonderful. Great peaceful setting on the lake. So much fun to relax on the deck, watch the water ripple along. Also fun to watch the ducks wade, fly and glide back onto the water. It’s spring and the weather keeps changing, as you’d expect. We’ve had sun and overcast and just a touch of light rain. All that, we enjoyed at this nice lake retreat. Hope your stay is wonderful, too."
