"A very inviting farm house with a warm feel. The communication with the host was some of the best I have had - thanks Tyler. Home is clean, well stocked Kitchen, nice seating area. Bedrooms were plentiful. I would say a few of the beds were soft (I prefer firm beds - personal preference) but overall I would highly recommend this for a family stay."

"This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance! "

"Our stay was fantastic! The property was spotless, with every corner meticulously cleaned, making it feel fresh and welcoming. We loved the simplicity of the design—everything we needed was right at hand without any unnecessary extras. The only thing that could make it even better would be the addition of a billiards table for some extra entertainment. Highly recommended for a clean and relaxing getaway!"

"We spent out thanksgiving weekend here. It was a lovely property. It was clean, comfortable and the photos are accurate. We had an issue with the wood burning stove and the property management company responded very quickly. We suggested additional information about this feature and they were already working on it. Our only request would be better water pressure for shower in the main bathroom and a heads up that there can be a lot of plumbing noise from the basement utility room. Otherwise we...

"We had a great weekend. This cottage is close to where we live so it’s nice having a local option. Well stocked, had everything we needed to make our meals and towels supplied for the hot tub (which had a beautiful private view of the lake). The snow was plowed and cleared upon arrival too. Communication with the host was very easy. "

"They advertise that the house sleeps 15 and it does. We were 12 and it was great. We were amazed with the large supply of dishes and glasses. There was also a good supply of staples such as coffee, sugar, oil and more for cooking. Lots of room to relax indoors and outdoors"

"Wonderfully situated! Stores, restaurants, parks, winery.. .all near by. Sandbanks beaches 25-30 min drive - wellworth it! Beautiful lake views , house has plenty of room and beautiful spacious, renovated kitchen. Loved the spacious deck as well. We were a family of eight. Had enough rooms and bathrooms for all! Recommended !"

"Very spacious. Lots of room for six adults and three children. The fenced back yard was great as we had a toddler with us. We even saw a pair of swans with their young passing by on the river. Groceries were available close by if we needed anything. We all agreed we had a great time. Would recommend it for families."

"The house is beautiful and very clean. The couch and the beds are super comfortable. Loved seeing the chickens and the eggs the owners left us were delicious. There is a minute in a half on a path from the parking to the cottage, something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Would stay there again with pleasure."
