"Due to bad weather we arrived 1.5 hrs early but room wasn't ready. Asked to use pool while we waited for our room and was first told yes, then older man said no, not until room assigned. At 2:40 we were given a different room. The room was quite small for 4 people but was very clean. We also had to request to get room straighten and fresh towels.
