I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up...

"We liked the location away from any busy streets, and it was very easy to find. It is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant open for dinner, as they were undergoing renovations. We did have a lovely breakfast on the terrace on the morning we left. All the staff was efficient and helpful."
