The property is surrounded by centuries-old olive grove, its private garden is partially paved with the characteristic Apulian stones, there is an infinity private swimming pool of 12x6 mt depth 1.50, with a waterfall system and a walk in easy access great for young child. The pool is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas; there is also a covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco meal. The garden has also a mini golf course.

The interiors of Trulli San Giacomo develops in 4 different semidetached units the central body and the Trulli next to it; The central body consist in a large living dining room with TV angle, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom.
The side Trullo is a suite with an independent entrance features a double bed, plus one additional single bed for child, and bathroom with shower.
The second Trullo has a double bed with private shower room; The last Trullo is a family suite consist in a single sofa bed for child at the entrance, and two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

Security deposit (Refundable): Euro 700.00; to be paid by Credit card easy rent policy with ceiling from 1500 to 5000
(The credit card number must be provide at the time of balance and will be pre-authorized before the client arrival, the amount would be returned within 48 hours after the check out time);

Final cleaning Euro 300,00 to pay locally
